ME N YOU Restaurant and Lounge — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Not a pleasant experience. Still pretty annoyed about it. We are a party of three adults and two kids, and were led to a table to be seated. When we have decided on our order, we called the wait staff to order our food. So we asked for the chicken kyiv. “It has been taken off the menu. We asked for the seafood risotto; “it is not available”. After a few more ‘it is not available’, we were told that there are no mains available except the steak that was 178sar as the vehicle bringing their supplies was apparently in a traffic accident.

So technically what was available for us to have for dinner was pasta and burgers, and that ridiculously expensive steak.

Sides were equally expensive. Three pcs of arancini (if the quantity in the photo is accurate) was gg for 55sar. So we had to decide again what to have now that most of the items were unavailable.

My pain points are these:

1. if most of the mains are unavailable, they should inform us before they seat us. I have been to restaurants that do that and I have also returned. I appreciate the honesty and transparency.

2. wait staff should drop the attitude and sass. It is frustrating to order when everything we try to order and have decided to order is not available

3. if the pasta is just lots of carbs tossed in the basic typical sauces, seriously is there a need to be so expensive? What is the selling point here? Is it just cos it is a pretty place? Is that it?

4. we are a party of five. Three slices of bread in the bread basket is really not sufficient but ok this is complimentary so ok fine. A bit annoying but it’s alright I guess

I lost my appetite while trying to make an order. Resigned and went with the mushroom soup with seafood. It was ok actually. The seafood was just shrimp and strips of crabmeat sticks. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Will not come back. Should have gone elsewhere. Still kicking myself for the decision to bring the family for...

It’s weekend so might as well head over to a fancy restaurant like Me N You Lounge to relieve my week-long stress away. I ordered Rib-eye steak for mains and it was amazing, flavorful-- its’s the kind of food that you would want to eat over and over again. I had Bang Bang Shrimp and Tokyo Hosigi for appetizers.

They have two floors and both are spacious enough they can even cater a huge group of family and friends. I’m seriously recommending @menyoulounge for its outstanding food selections. The interior is very playful and cozy at the same time. Spacious and well ventilated. It has high ceiling, wall arts, dim lights and velvet chairs. Staff are friendly and accommodating too (shoutout to Mica). 👌

Located at Riyadh Front where there is a sea of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops, MeNYou can easily stand out from the rest because of its amazing foods and outstanding...

The Bang Bang Shrimps is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
