We had the pleasure of dining at Taleed by Michael Mina, and I'm still buzzing from the experience! Nestled in the stunning Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Diriyah, this restaurant is a true culinary gem.

From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the aesthetics of the place. The oldNajdi architectural style perfectly captures the essence of Diriyah, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

The menu is a masterful fusion of Middle Eastern heritage and Mediterranean flair. Chef Michael Mina's Egyptian roots shine through in every dish, elevating traditional Hejazi cuisine to new heights.

We tried the hummus with foie gras, which was a surprising and delightful innovative mix, the Red Sea lobster salad, so fresh and tasty, the salmon and the sole, booth impeccably cooked with a refined mix of spices. And I cannot recommend enough the citrus and raspberry Napoleon in dessert!
