Read moreI had an absolutely awful experience at this restaurant. The staff were all extremely rude and slow, with the exception of one person—Fahad Ali, who was the only bright spot. He was incredibly professional, had great manners, and honestly deserves to be promoted to a higher rank. If it weren't for him, this experience would have been even worse.
The service was terrible overall. I had ordered milk tea, but they brought me just regular tea and a separate cup of milk, which made no sense. I asked about my tea several times, and every time, the staff acted annoyed. They also brought my tea last, long after I had finished my food. It was honestly frustrating.
To make things worse, the staff were generally impolite. A guy named Muhammad and a Moroccan guy were especially rude. When I was talking to my daughter, he rudely interrupted and inserted himself into our conversation in a way that felt uncalled for and unprofessional.
And the food? The eggs were burnt. Overall, this was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I won't be coming back, but if they promote Fahad Ali, he might just be able to save this place cause he was incredibly polite and made me feel welcomed. and I’ve looked this isn’t the first complaint and I’ve realized you haven’t changed anything. I would like to be called and I will raise this complaint to the Ministry of Commerce as this is...

I visited this restaurant with my family on a Friday, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, we waited for 30 minutes just to be seated, only to be given a very small table that was not suitable for our group. I asked to wait for a larger table, and that took another full hour.
By the time we were finally seated and ready to order, it was 2:55 PM, and to our surprise, we were told that the breakfast menu was no longer available — only a few limited items could be ordered. This was extremely disappointing, especially since there were no signs or notices anywhere informing customers of the breakfast menu’s cut-off time.
My children were very hungry, and the entire experience was frustrating, unorganized, and showed a complete lack of consideration for customers. The staff should have communicated clearly and managed expectations better.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I can confidently say that we will not be coming back. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes to avoid disappointing...
