I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the appalling experience we had at White Garden. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday after explicitly confirming with the Lebanese manager that a birthday cake would be available. This was a key reason for selecting this restaurant.

However, after enjoying our dinner (we were a group of six), we went to select the cake only to be shocked that no birthday cake was available. Instead, we were told there were only cake slices. When we confronted the Lebanese manager about this and questioned why he had assured us a birthday cake was available, his response was dismissive and utterly unprofessional. He simply said, “Take the pieces, these are the only options”

This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Had we known this in advance, we would have taken our celebration to another restaurant. This incident completely ruined our special occasion.

Such poor service and disregard for your customers are inexcusable. I expected better from White Garden, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this unfortunate experience...
