Probably the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant

My wife and I were looking forward to a nice evening with good food and service. I ordered the beef burger, salmon, tenderloin steak, and shrimp as a starter.

We were attended by a waiter who took the order and served the food—then completely vanished. No one came to check on us or offer any hospitality. While I understand they may not serve the food onto our plates, we needed fresh plates due to the different flavors of the dishes. Unfortunately, no one was around to help.

After looking around repeatedly and trying to get someone’s attention, another waiter finally came and gave us clean plates. I genuinely felt ignored and forgotten, with barely any staff presence. When I expressed this to them, all they offered was an apology.

Later, I ordered a small bottle of cold water. To my surprise, it never came—until I asked for the bill and reminded them. They offered another apology and told me to take the water for free, which I refused.

Now, writing this the next morning, I realize it was a mistake to have high expectations. This restaurant is clearly not worth it. Aside from my frustration, I believe this place operates solely on reputation. It may look stylish with its Parisian-inspired decor, but that's all it has to offer.

I would recommend this place only if you're after a pretty picture of your food and table. Other than that—run away.

I was there with my family for family lunch ..

Food was plain, not bad, but certainly nothing special .. the set menu is disappointing .. we had the beef, chicken, sea bass .. we had all the sides as well .. I can’t recommend a single dish of all of that .. food not very fresh as the meats taste dry as if they were frozen ..

Servers were nice and smiling and trying to help .. However, we got our orders wrong, in several ways .. service was below average in sense of serving times and sequence and attention ..

Atmosphere was ok .. good vibes .. The table was full of cups and dishes stains, looked clearly dirty ..

For their prices and comparing them to the level of other places in VIA Riyadh, we expected more ..

We enjoyed our time as a family over all .. but surely not a place to consider again or recommend to anyone (we like!) ..

My main course was absolutely divine, rich, and perfectly cooked. But the real highlight? Dessert. Not only was it decadent and full of authentic French flavors, but it also came with a personalized message, making the evening feel even more special.🙏🏼
