Bonjour , Pour un lyonnais manger dans un bouchon c'est sympathique ,mais je n'ai rien trouvé d extraordinaire je me suis présenté, pris un apero avec un planche lyonnaise et j'ai attendu bien 20 à 25 min pour avoir ma planche ,heureusement j'avais pris une gazelle ça prends du temps à boire ,après j'ai pris un tournedos sauce roquefort ,bon je suis pa cuistot ou boucher mais c'est pas un tournedos que j'ai eu ,un tournedos c'est tendre ,fondant ,la c'était une pièce de viande taillera dans le paleron ,il y avait du gras dedans c'était dure à manger . Je m'en suis tirer pour une note exorbitante et ça pas été sensas. Moi qui avait vanté les bienfait d'un bouchon lyonnais à ma compagne, je suis passé pour un nase. Je déconseille, même...
