Maybe it is just my luck but I never had a good experience at this place, mind you I lived in the neighborhood for years. So here my take, I feel like they were victims of their success and became complacent in customer service. The queue is too long, and sometimes you can't even order normally "some items is missing" like something as basic as fries. I won't deny, the food was really good when I used to go there, only thing is that I quickly got tired of the food taste unlike my sis who is a fan. Best fast food in town. Always crowded, says a lot about the food. You might have trouble finding parking space. Their pizzas are awesome, very cheesy if you like cheese. I recently ordered a crepe but it was very small. Not very filling if you are hungry. They have opened a gastronomic restaurant - lounge type of place upstairs on the terrasse, very nice and higher end. The food is more expensive and they don't serve pizzas up there. I'd rather have the food downstairs for half or 1/3rd of yhe price. Nice...

Stopped in for a cold drink while out walking. Being ramadan it was pretty empty. Had our drinks & wanted to pay & leave but no one around so my husband wen inside to the cash desk only to be moaned at by the waitress when she finally appeared, & told we should have waited for the bill!
