Bezza Caffe & restoran — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

The food and atmosphere are average at best, the service is poor. I asked for a large juice from the nonexistent drinks menu and they charged me for a large and a small juice claiming it was some super sized juice which I never asked for (why not make it 20,000 liters while you're at it?). When challenged the waitress said they merged a large and small juice which isn't what I asked for and didn't offer a refund. Based on the other reviews posted here it is clear that they scam customers by making up the drinks prices as they see fit and the owners don't care because it has been happening for years, avoid this place, there are so many better locations...

Jako sam prijatno iznenadjena mestom (spoljašnji izgled mi nije obećavao) i kada budem dolazila za Novi Sad sigurno ću opet svratiti! Inače slučajno sam se pojavila na Danima Hvara u tom restoranu koji ima jako lepu priču i istoriju i zaslužuje da Ja dam pozitivnu ocenu jer ja volim sve ono što ima dušu, uopšte ne mora da bude fensi... fensi mi je uglavnom samo Fensi i ništa više!

Ispravljam se sa komentarom nažalost, poslednji put sam bila sa Gazdinim prijateljima na danima Hvara i tada je sve bilo SAVRŠENO, a juče sam došla sa drugaricom sama I JAKO SAM SE RAZOČARALA time što konobarice biraju koga će kako da usluži ( da sam opet došla u istom društvu verovatno bi mi kao i prvi put tintrale)! Sela u baštu mahnula konobarici jer se nismo mogle zadržavati koja me nekulturno iskulirala, drugarica je bila u toaletu u kom nije bilo ni papira pa ih je obavestila i pitala da li su me uslužili što Naravno da nisu! Jako ne volim nepoštovanje prema ljudima koji su došli u Tvoj restoran da jedu i piju! Naravno da smo platile piće pokupile se i otišle! Tako da su kod mene od fanas na onoj Black listi mesta za...
