Loft River, Restaurant & Beach Bar — Restaurant in City of Novi Sad

Irrespectful waitress. No smile. No energy. Just fed up serving people. And this is the beginning of the saison !! First we were surprised with the over prices of the new menu, even for the kids menu. And the food was not tasty. We are very upset because we really loved this place before. But we don’t feel welcome anymore and we had to leave as far as nobody pay attention of us asking for more drinks or coffee or desert… the attitude of the waitress was unacceptable and the other waiter could see us waiting but he was not concerned… and at the end he looks at the waitress and say to her to breathe as if we were the painful people 😵‍💫😓😶… 1 salad, 2 burgers, 4 drinks and 4300 RSD and...

Although we are regular customers at Loft restaurants today I was very disappointed with service at Loft River. I was alone with two little kids and no waiters came to take order. We were down on the beach and when I asked waitress who was standing at the porch can she come to take orders she replied that I have to come to the bar and place the order but I couldn’t left kids alone. So after near two hours of sitting there, no one came and we left. Very disappointing experience and we won’t return there again. Plus, there was no sign that it’s self service or some other sign that would explain...

Observed the barbecue chef use a single red chopping board for: raw chicken, resting cooked steak, slicing sweetcorn, bread. Just unbelievable. Inappropriate and dangerous. Otherwise good microbrew beer. Nice live music, great location. Just suggest you don't eat there. We also ordered a 'vegan raspberry and cherry tart which was frankly just bizarre: a 7cm disc with about the same depth of very dry compacted granola (?) which may possibly have had a raspberry waved at it, made up we guess of oats and maybe a couple of nuts? Then a layer of some sour cherry...
