I’ve experienced extremely long wait times here, even when the place wasn’t busy, and on multiple occasions my order seemed to be forgotten. For example, I ordered a vanilla milkshake and, after more than 30 minutes, had to go up and ask about it—perplexingly, no one seemed to be tracking it. To make matters worse, for two days I was told there was no banana milkshake available, so I kept ordering vanilla; yet this time, after I followed up about the delay, I was suddenly given a banana milkshake instead of the vanilla I had asked for. There was also no draft beer available, some of the waitresses came across as rather unfriendly, and the prices are on the higher side. "The service was awful. The food quality was mediocre, and the taste ranged from barely edible to average. The ocean view, however, was pleasant. A 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill, which likely discouraged customers from leaving additional tips, resulting in staff who seemed unmotivated. To top it all off, my dessert was served on a stack of dirty plates, and the issue was only resolved after I complained a second time. I do not recommend...

Extremely slow unprofessional service and the food was of average, when we walked in, the staff at the bar were not welcoming as if we had disturbed their conversation. One poor waitress (of oriental characteristics) bless her, was single handedly trying to help everyone until some help came much later.
