We dined twice at this restaurant - once on our first night in Seychelles and again on our last night in Seychelles. Aye served us both times and she was insightful, kind, and proactive with her recommendations and help. The food, all freshly made by the chefs, was all perfectly cooked. I will break this all down below.

First night: duck and pork gyoza were bursting with flavour and no need to use any dips. The tuna sushi and the prawn sushi were ideal and very generous - for two people we probably should have only ordered one although we were happy having had both. Finally, we had some noodles which, again, were perfectly cooked and fresh.

Last night: prawn tempura were cooked through with the right amount of batter casing them - we had these with sweet chilli sauce which went perfectly well with them. The hibachi chicken is a must-have as its flavour was as expected for a perfect recipe. The scallops and noodles were just as good with a lot of flavour cooked into the scallops so they were succulent and flavoursome.

This restaurant is for all: couples, families, and those who want to see food being made live with passion.

We will certainly return here if we visit...

THIS IS A SPECIAL PLACE. The food is a amazing, the service professional and the place is beautiful, with this Japanese style surrounded by water and fresh air. Not one of the multiple touristic trap on the island, what you pay (that is not few dollars, I know) is because of the food quality, the preparation of the chef and the attention to details. We tried both the sushi and the tepaniaki and we I can say that it is easily the best meal on the Island. The Tepaniaki show is really funny and the chef superlative, definitely worth the price!! Be sure to try the seyshima roll, I'll miss it at home. Congrats to the stuff for the kindness and education, very high level. Hope I'll be able...

A very good teppanyaki restaurant inside the Story resort. It's not a big place so book in advance. Food was great, though a little pricey. There is a vegan page in the menu but it's right after the dessert page 🫢 we had a few starters and some shared sushi and teppanyaki. Main seating is around the sunken kitchen with some smaller tables set on the outside of the main square. Service was great throughout. My son wanted a scoop of ice cream for dessert which took a very long time to come. Overall, a great place to visit if you're in the mood for quality Japanese food.
