Xi An Ying Xiang has several outlets across Singapore. Today, I tried their Fried Egg with Beef Noodles. The noodles have a nice, firm texture, and the portion size is generous — there were over six cubes of beef in the bowl. The soup was flavorful with a good kick of spiciness. The noodles cost $8.50, and I added a Coke Zero to balance out the heat.
The store is always crowded with working-class folks looking for a lunch spot.
