Timezone Westgate - Bowling, Party Venue, Virtual Reality — Attraction in Singapore

Westgate is my number one Timezone to go to, its the best and has great service!

Will honestly say every time i come here there will be atleast one machine that i play, malfunctions. I do not blame the staff for any machine malfunctions as its not their fault and they cannot predict when or how it will malfunction but they handle the situation perfectly.

There was also problems with the paper tickets dispensing or the paper tickets was not topped up but i think they have completely removed paper tickets. Now all games are using E-tickets so dont have to worry about that anymore.

Despite all that, im still giving 5 star because of the service. No matter how many times i went to counter for help, they didnt show attitude or was irritated by the constant need for help. For that they are automatically my favourite timezone!

There will be times where they are short staffed like only 2-3 people working during peak hours and will take longer time to attend to others but i could see them running around trying their best to make customers happy or help customers as much and as fast as they can.

The best timezone to go to in my opinion! Just be patient and understanding if they take abit longer to attend to you when its peak period or when they are short staffed as they are...

My boyfriend and i visited your location yesterday and spent over $200 in game credits on sweetland. we both ate one of the marshmallow (i had strawberry, he had banana). about five minutes after eating, we both started coughing nonstop .;which has continued into today. we checked the packaging and the expiration date (2026) was fine, so it doesnt seem like the product was expired. however, since both of us had the same reaction immediately after eating marshmallows from there, we’re concerned there may be an issue with the product or the machine’s cleanliness. Please look into this as soon as possible it might be a hygiene or contamination issue inside the machine, and I’d hate for other customers to go through the same experience. For those reading this, do avoid the candies there ok? maybe if this comment reaches “1 week ago” u can start eating because maybe then they have acknowledged and changed the sweets:) one top of that, now i developed a runny nose, sore throat, and my voice is starting to crack. my throat hurts so badly I dont even feel like talking.my boyfriend also.. and the saddest part is that there were a family with a little girl playing that machine too😭💔 hope everything...

A big shout-out to Jo, Lynette and Ashley for the fabulous birthday celebration on 5 Nov. It was a busy Sunday and yet they did an amazing job in accommodating to the needs of my guests and family members during peak hours. Jo was a great party host who diligently went around the arcade, making sure my guests enjoy themselves. She also helped to take pictures of the celebration and sent them to me on the day itself after the event. Thank you so much! I remember both Lynette and Jo were very quick to get the party room ready - cleaning the room, positioning the goodies and cake, placing drinks and food etc. We had a small problem with our birthday cake and Lynette stepped in readily to assist us. Ashley was a great coordinator who answered my questions very promptly. She even helped to retrieve a helium balloon which flew off from a young girl’s hand. How sweet! Once again, many thanks to the squad team for your dedication. Because of your kindness and efficiency, everyone had a whale of a time and left Timezone with great memories and big smiles. To Timezone management team, I love that the unlimited play includes 2x claw machines. Definitely will explore more other...
