Recently brought my 3 kids to dig dig land. It is a construction and building play theme. I called them before going down to ensure if its suitable for my kids to play, 8yos and 5 yo. The staff assured me that all the machines were in good working condition, the entry fee covered access to all equipment and also they are the perfect ages to play.
They really had alot of fun, although really hot under the sun, (definitely recommend to slander on lots of sun block and bring a mini fan or hang a neck fan arouns the kids). I played the big excavator machine with my son and he was completely engrossed, carefully transferring sand from one point to another like a true construction worker. It was heartwarming to see how serious he was about the task!
I felt that this was a valuable experience for the kids to appreciate all construction workers working under the sun tirelessly everyday. Instead of just reading about it in books, they also got to experience firsthand how machines are used. Plus, it was a great way to develop their hand-eye coordination.
I personally was playing the RC area.. it was unexpectedly fun, for me and I spent a good 20 minutes maneuvering small vehicles, picking up sand, and transferring it to the dump truck. The challenge of controlling the tiny vehicles made it even more engaging—definitely another great hand-eye coordination activity!
Overall, the staff are friendly and sometimes when the machines get stuck, they will be able to resolve it quickly. My kids left digdigland happy and satisfied. They were all red and sweaty after the session. Highly recommend for a unique...
Read moreToday is my son's birthday. We thought to give him a different play experience.
If only I had read the Google reviews prior to my wife making the booking to visit. So consider this your good fortune if you happen to read this and may want to consider dodging a bullet.
Points are as per what Augustine said below. For $58 dollars, the value really isn't reflective from how I see it. Should the toys be checked for battery and if they are in serviceable condition prior to opening?Honestly I rather buy a shovel and a bunch of containers and head off to the beach to play with sand. My money is better used elsewhere.
I hope management can look into the operation of the place. In the meantime, I shall have scathing reviews of this place should...
Read moreThis playground is a fantastic experience, especially for young children. With so many construction sites and roadworks in Singapore, it's fascinating to be able to operate miniature excavators and cranes. It's not just fun for the kids—adults can enjoy it too.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain that the crane couldn't be repaired in time due to the CNY period affecting spare parts availability. They also shared insights into the complexity of maintaining the crane, which is no easy task. The experience is definitely worth the price.
I hope more people will visit this playground and enjoy a taste of the construction site experience. Our entire family had a...
