It’s a restaurant with a medieval concept containing lots of “torture” decorations :) People writing about a rude service are wrong because it’s also a part of this concept. We came around 2pm and didn’t have any reservation but fortunately the place wasn’t busy yet so we got a table easily. Also I need to mention about the portion size: we got one meal which was enough for 2 people. It was roasted duck with some garnish. And it was amazing 😻 Btw you are supposed to be eating with your hands. I can definitely recommend this place (especially I got surprised with their decent prices).

OK, just the waitress often swore and screamed at me that I'm a "redneck". And when I asked for the fork (it was missing on the table) she rudely and loudly answered "Just take it by yourself from the bar, you smelly redneck!". Regarding my wife, the waitress swore at her that she is "witch" or "hag". I think that such a style of communication between customer ans staff in unacceptable. Really rude staff. But the food was good. I ordered fried catfish (see my picture for it). Also the beer was OK, just the glass was strange - in fact it was just a old-fashioned mug.

First of all, you will hear a lot of medieval hungarian speaking, this is the whole sense of this place. It makes the perfect atmosphere for the restaurant and the installations, like the cage and all the peasant related things. The portions are huge, you will likely bring home some bits for breakfast! :) Everything tasted good, the food might seem pricy, but given the amount what you get, it is okay. What you pay for is really the experience and that is great! Recommended if you are not getting offended by the "peasant treatment" ;)

Wish we spoke Slovakian so we got all the obvious rude jokes flying around here. This place was hilarious if you are looking for cheesy over the top theatrics. Medieval style tavern with bar wenches and people throwing napkins at you and locking patrons in torture cages etc. expect the worlds most annoying fife/lute music in the background and get ready to get down and dirty with a plate full of meat and no utensils. Bring cash! No cards accepted. EUROS

A Gourmet éttermeket leszámítva sok helyen megfordultam, és bátran kijelenthetem, hogy ez eddig messze a legjobb hely. Ételek: 4.5/5 - Finomabbat lehet hogy ettél máshol(de nem sok helyen), itt viszont 1 adag máshol 3-4... Ár/Érték: Gigantikus adagok, máshol 2-5X ennyit elkérnek ezért (az árak jellemzően 10-30 euró közt mozognak) Tematika: 5/5. Romantikus randira biztos hogy nem hoznék ide lányt a kiszolgálás verbális mivolta miatt , ezt leszámítva mindenképpen látni kell. (na meg, hallani..). Az épület kíválóan adja vissza a múltat, a wc-ben (bocsánat: "szaroda" ) beszól neked egy bábú a méretedre, és sok minden apróság, ami egész egyszerűen lenyűgöző.. Bemászol a kalitkába, és egyszer csak ott terem a gazdasszony aki konkrétan lakattal bezárt oda pár percre és még lehetne sorolni. A lópokróc amin eszel, a régi asztalok stb stb. Nem sértődősöknek való, mert tényleg úgy beszélnek és bánnak veled mint egy paraszttal.(nesze, zabálj! és tsai.) Megközelíthetőség: 4/5 Tömeggel sétálni kell, autóval ajánlom. Ingyen parkolás az étterem udvarán, ha épp van hely. Könnyen megközelíthető. +a macska. A világon nincs még egy ilyen jól etetett macska, neki a kolbász már nem is kell, szarvashúst eszik meg csülköt.. :D ui.: És azt említettem hogy mekkora adagok vannak?
