Review: A Fantastic Dining Experience at Kinka Ramen
I recently visited Kinka Ramen, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a modern yet cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The warm lighting, stylish decor, and comfortable seating create an inviting ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience.
Now, let’s talk about the food—simply outstanding! I ordered the Kurdish gyoza, kimchi, and a bowl of tantamen ramen, and every dish exceeded my expectations. The Kurdish gyoza were perfectly crispy on the outside, with a flavorful and juicy filling inside. They had just the right amount of seasoning, making them an absolute delight. The kimchi was fresh, tangy, and had the perfect level of spice to awaken the taste buds.
The highlight of the meal was, without a doubt, the tantamen ramen. The broth was incredibly rich and creamy, with deep, complex flavors that made every sip a joy. The noodles were perfectly cooked—firm yet tender—and the toppings were well-balanced, adding layers of texture and taste. Every bite was a perfect harmony of flavors, showcasing the skill and passion of the chefs.
To top it all off, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, Kinka Ramen is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic, high-quality ramen. The combination of expertly crafted dishes, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service makes this place stand out. I will definitely be returning for another...
Read moreExcellent ramen. I ordered the Pork Miso Ramen and the broth was bold, rich, creamy, and the salt and oil were perfectly balanced. The pork chashu was masterfully done with a crispy outer layer, and the meat was so tender it pulled apart with no effort at all. The onsen egg was cooked to perfection and had the rich, velvety texture you should expect from a quality restaurant.
I spent a month in Japan and this is the only ramen I’ve had in Europe that compares to the standard I experienced there.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and spoke Slovak, Czech, and English very well.
The prices were also fair and reasonable, and I expected to end up paying more for the quality and quantity of the food I ate.
My only criticisms are that the dish could be enhanced by including bamboo shoots and a nori (seaweed) sheet, and the noodles could be prepared softer.
I am only in Bratislava for two days and tomorrow my girlfriend and I have already made plans to return here for dinner again.
I highly recommend Kinka to anyone who wants to experience authentic, high quality Japanese food without having to travel to...
Read moreWORST FOOD POISONING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED in my life! I had to run to my bathroom 4 times in an hour in the evening because I was projectile vomiting at the front and my back didn't spare me any mercy either! Horrible, horrible experience!! Had to run to the bathroom even at 2 am! I thought of rushing to the hospital at the worst point! It's been few days and I am still not recovered!
My partner had a bit of my food and the small amount he had also caused him some major discomfort for at least 2 days!
I ordered the pork Ramen with kimchi on the side. The kimchi was unusually sour and the cabbage looked a little old but since everyone makes kimchi differently I didn't think much of it but it tasted bad and very sour! Looking back I think that could've been the main culprit of my extreme food poisoning! Either way, we are never ever stepping our foot near this...
