We came to the restaurant for dinner. It's great that there is a parking garage right under the restaurant, so even in bad weather you don't have to walk outside at all. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, open in an industrial style. We sat at a table under a tree (we wouldn't have chosen this table again, because sitting on a bench under the tree was quite tight and when other people came and sat on the other sides of the tree, we had almost no privacy). For drinks we ordered gooseberry & aronia lemonade and Non-alcoholic Gin tonic (the restaurant makes its own non-alcoholic gin, which is very tasty) and for food we had fried shrimp in coconut batter (they were the best of all), grilled Halloumi cheese, Cream of roasted carrots and red lentils, Shrimps pil-pil, Mushroom risotto, Rump steak, Spanish burger and Cinnamon churros. We were originally really looking forward to the Pistachio Lava Cake, which unfortunately they didn't have, and when we asked when they would have it, the waitress told us that they only make a few pieces and when they sell them, they don’t bake more, and that if they don't have the ingredients, they don't make it at all. It's a big shame, we went to the Werk restaurant because of this pistachio cake. Read moreFinally, we went to WERK, which we had planned for a while. The bistro is located in a beautiful location near NIVY. Already when approaching it, one can get a New York vibe. When entering, the great vibe continuous, and it will not disappoint. The premises are really beautiful. We also appreciated the open kitchen concept, as we could watch the delicacies being prepared. Later, however, the extractor fan let us down a bit, and we could smell different smells from the kitchen, especially if sitting closer. Read moreBoli sme v tejto reštaurácií na tímovom posedení, musím povedať, že po Korone ako išli v Medusa Group ceny hore tak kvalita išla zároveň dole, toto platí aj o Klubovniach, Riu a Wagamame. Ako obsluha a servis zo začiatku veľmi super, milí a ochotní, bohužial akonáhle jeden môj kolega poprosil odniesť jedlo lebo bolo bez chuti a nedalo sa jesť tak zrazu sa atmosféra zmenila. Obsluha nezačala byť zlá alebo nepríjemná ale ochota išla dole. Chceli sme si doobjednať jedlo navyše na zabalenie kde nám bolo povedaná, že keby sme si to objednali tak by to trvalo hodinu na prípravu s čím sme nemali problém tak, že si objednáme a ešte počkáme, no zrazu sa odpoveď zmenila, že vlastne nie, môžeme si objednať až za hodinu, ale pred týmto incidentom si kolega ešte mohol objednať, čiže toto 180 stupňové otočenie v prebehu 2 minút bolo dosť také :/. V reštaurácií bola strašná tma, možno treba šetriť kvôli cenám energií, toto šero prekoná len Rio, kde je tma ako v jaskyni. Teraz k jedlu. Samotné jedlo v tejto reštaurácií je dosť na nízkej chuťovej úrovni ale na vysokej cenovej úrovni. Našli sa tu samozrejme výnimky ale inak veľká bieda.
Lososový tartar - veľmi zle ochutený, priam neochutený - podozrenie, že losos bol mrazený vďaka jeho zvláštnej gumovej textúre.
Kačacie bao buns - veľmi smutné prevedie tohoto ázijského predkrmu, ktorý by som nikomu neodporúčal, zabudli u nich na ochutenie, boli veľmi mdlé.
Krevety pil pil - jediný pokrm, ktorý nesklamal. Lahodné dobre dochutené a fakt vec čo som si najviac užil. Jediná chyba je briočka, ktorá mala v sebe toľko cukru, že som mal pocit, že to zajedám koláčom.
Spaghetti n´duja - hlavný kameň úrazu tejto reštaurácie, špagety sú úplne bez chuti a nedali sa ani jesť. Keď si doma spravíte špagety s kečupom máte gurmánsky zážitok oproti tomuto. Bonus - tieto vrátené špagety nám zmenili možnosť na neobjednanie jedla ďalej.
WERK burger - prevedenie každého burgra, ktorý dostanete v reštaurácií, ktorá nie je burgráreň a dá si to na menu - vysušené mäso, zoschnutý šálát a zelenina, z nejakého dôvodu sa tu podávajú baby zemiaky namiesto nejakého finger foodu ako sú napríklad stovku druhov hranoliek, pažitková majonéza mala chuť posekanej trávy zmiešanou s najlacnejšou majonézou.
Trhané hovädzie plece - ďalšie jedlo, ktoré bolo dobré, mäsko sa úplne rozpadalo na vlákna, bolo dobre dochutené a omáčka z pečených paradajok s gnocchi sa k tomu hodila.
Rib eye steak - mäso kvalitovo na vysokej úrovni no bohužial šlachy čo sa nachádzali v každom kúsku mohli byť vyrezané a vynechané pre zákazníkov. Pyré by stačilo obyčajné lebo malo v sebe výraznú chuť koreňovej zeleniny aj keby sa v ňom nemala nachádzať, omáčka a pór chutné.
Ravioli - velice smutné jedlo na pozeranie, 6 malých raviol za takú sumu by som určite vynechal.
Mousse z horkej čokolády - velice chutný dezert ani nepotreboval ten ananás navyše.
