We visited Lemberg while on a trip to Zvolen and I was blown away. It's a fully vegan bistro, the menu offers dishes inspired by local meals from different countries including the classics like Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, US but also Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Zanzibar. We have tried Ramen kimchi and Kung pao and both meals were delicious - tasty, very flavourful and nicely presented. We also had a classic Slovak dessert - krémeš - in a vegan version and thanks to this my partner could taste it for the first time since living in Slovakia and it was great - as tasty as the classic krémeš but lighter. The coffee was excellent as well. On top of it, the service was professional and friendly and the bistro is beautifully furnished and decorated. I wish I could have some of that furniture at home.
