A bar in an elite location, with a pleasant terrace but outdated and inadequate interior decoration. But this review is not about the space. It’s about the majority of wait staff: a friendly smile, an eye contact, a relaxed communication… all this is missing. The feeling of being in a pleasant and relaxed environment is missing, even a thank you is missing sometims. Staff should be thorough and pay attention to details, have excellent verbal communication skills, a desire to help people, active listening skills… The lack of above mentioned characteristics is not the waiters and waitresses fault but of the company’s management, which I think does not prepare their staff to work with people, does not offer professional support, does not exercise any supervision, therefore it also does not enable and requires professional readiness and professional work! The food here is good. Even the service is not bad most of the time. But beware of the ice cream stand. We've come here on a few occasions (including years prior), and we've been forced to overpay for the ice cream. The last time we were here, we ordered a 1 cup 2 taste ice cream in a cone, with 1 "Premium" flavour and 1 regular flavour. The premium flavours cost 2,70 and the regular ones cost 1,70. We were forced to pay 3,70 for it, so we were essentially forced to pay for 2 ice creams ( 1 premium and 1 regular ) for the price of 1.

The seller acted like this is normal and did not offer any resolve in the matter.

The menu is amazing, you can get anything from ice cream and cake to delicious cocktails and it all tastes amazing! We went to Central Cafe for a drink in the evening and returned in the morning for coffee as well, because the place itself has a really nice vibe.
