Was sitting waiting for a pick-up order last night, when I got there from a a phone call to seven (18:50) when I got there 19:22 i had to place an order for being a kind person Complied not just Paid but placed an order for the pick up!
I checked and remembered my order "301", I didn't need too double check that order number!
After some time (19:50)and a staff member kept on shouting 303, I've noticed the stack of boxes being put but no word of order "301"being announced? After a couple of pick ups and a few deliveries made I stood closer and ask for mine, and one other staff member scolded me out for what she went wrong behind the counter,?? Why ? What happened to the policy in that Roman's Pizza 'Bellville' - (just by the way there's nothing wrong with my ears.)
Getting back home I've noticed that two of the pizza's the slices were oddly and weridly cut as if they were made smaller!!? Why? Plus to top it off, right in the center infusioned between slices and spread under the pizza was two long strands of "Fake/ hair extensions". What a disgusting experience,and silly example of a inhumane exercise from start. I'm the guy with the white top on and I've treated the staff better than I was, so far as I know apartheid was...
Read moreOrdered online at 18:31, at 20:00 no calls, no notifications, no updates on the order, NOTHING, was received. I phoned the branch and a friendly lady answered saying the order has left. 2mins later she phoned again saying it has been delivered and paid for.
To my surprise waiting for said pizza, the driver said oh no, he was at a complex and hooted and called a number but did not receive any answer and left. So he did not deliver anything. Turned out he called someone else and not me, also we don't even live at a complex. He then went back to the branch. I asked whether I'd be getting new pizzas as I'm not going to pay for the old ones, and she said yes, it will take 10 minutes : uh, so why did I have to wait 1h30m for the order?
Again to my disappointment, the pizzas received was sticky and chewy, so the old pizza's was just pushed through the ovens again. VERY DISAPPOINTED ROMANS
Why can't you have a tracking system like literally all other take aways, then this could have been avoided.
I shall no longer order from you and I will support those who want...

Sacustically she ask anything else . I told her no . The attitude is wrong People .Why are you in the industry when you don't want to be there . I spent R143.50
