I ordered a chicken burger only for it to be spoilt in taste and smell. I called them then went to the restaurant, they made a new burger but it had the same problem, it smelt and tasted spoilt. The worker who helped said that it was the mild sauce but I told them the chicken tasted expired and if its the sauce I asked if the sauce itself is expired and she denied it. I then asked if I can get a burger the same value and she she brought the manager and they questioned whether I knew what the burger is supposed to taste like and I told them I had a chicken burger with mild sauce from another Steers the previous day, so I know what it taste like and its something I order often when I am at Steers. Finally they offered me a refund and I took it but the service and food was the worst I've ever experienced at a Steers.The attitude of the workers helping me was severely unfriendly.
