I have been a loyal customer of Ghibli bar since 2018 , but my experience today was highly disappointing.
I arrived at 12:30 and found my table covered in ash. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, it took far too long to have it cleaned. It is unacceptable to open for service with dirty tables, especially in the outdoor area. Customers should not have to beg for a clean space to sit.
Additionally, I have always enjoyed swimming here and even did so just a month ago with friends. However, today I was informed that the pool is now for hotel guests only. If this policy had been clearly communicated, I wouldnât have come. I had planned a pool day, but instead, I found myself sitting in a bikini for lunch with no access to the pool. This lack of clarity is frustrating, and as a result, I have decided that this will be my last visit.
I was even considering bringing friends next week, but given todayâs experience, I no longer feel confident in recommending the Ghibli bar . I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the service and communication for...
   Read moreA perfect site at the heart of the city. However the site doesn't compliment the service. Saturday the 3rd of October had a terrible day at this place . Firstly we got there with my family and there was no one to sit us down we had to sit ourselves down outside in the sun after 20 minutes without any attention, we went to the bar to ask for help . We did approach the guy in the bar for an umbrella because it was very hot outside only to be told there is no more umbrellas. Mind you it's more than 30minutes no menus no service at all . We went back to the bar to ask for drinks atleast , that took more than 20 mins to come and still a milkshake was missing and it took some time also to come. The entire evening we had to go inside to place an order it was very tiring. We dont know if that's how you operate but that was an awful experience. I was very disappointed. We told him thatâs not our fault and we still wanted the milkshake , after a long wait he finally brought it to us but to our shock it came with half a straw that was broken off from a full one. We asked if he maybe had a full straw that wasnât broken in half as this was difficult to drink the milkshake.
