KFC Durban (West Street) — Restaurant in Durban Central

Terrible - ordered food online yesterday it arrived on time only pleasant experience was the delivery man - Orderd online a Crunch Burger Box Buddy - food arrived cold - chips and chicken tasted like they had been cooked in old oil - coleslaw seem to be a day old crunch burger on a stale roll I also ordered an Oreo Krusher which was R40.90 there machine was Brocken so they could not make it but instead sent me a Fanta buddy in its place which was certainly not to the amount of R40.90. What has gone on with KFC they seem to have lost there pride in the perpetration of food and if you can’t supply an item mark it as out of stock instead of ripping your clients off...

Excellent customer service in that store is served, they work so hard to impress customers I was there an hour ago I did not even wait for my order I ordered at the kiosk my order got ready within a minute which is very rare into another stores but Smith can do it. Even their chicken taste so gross I ordered streetwise feast promo which was suggested by the guy at the kiosk and I didn't go wrong it is very nice, gross and delicious I'm really impressed. Lastly their front end counter is sparkling very clean and tidy you won't go wrong if you are someone who likes hygiene places it is...

I grabbed the All-Star Box and some Dunked Wings at KFC West Street, and it was a great experience! The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful—the crispy chicken was perfectly seasoned, the mini-burger soft and tasty, and the fries were golden, though a bit salty. The Dunked Wings stole the show with their sweet, tangy sauce and juicy texture.
