I came in the morning for breakfast and get a bad service i was drinkibg my cappuccino and a Waiter came and ask me to her my saucer while my coffee is still half , i had to go to the counter to pay and my bill and ask my waitor to check my voucher , he did not do that he was bizzy talking to cashier , i let that slide and came back later for lunch and receive bad service again , we sat for 1 hour before we got services i had to go to the counter to ask for a service and speak to a manager , she didnt seems to be care she was bizzy and ask someone to attend me yet no one came to the table to take an order , we waited for another 15 mnts , we had to go to the counter to get the bill , i never see such services in...

I ordered online when about 30-40 Min before going to collect in the store , when I arrived they said they can't see order on their side so they can't help me they left me hanging just like that , in that moment I had paid like they just left me like that , I've been to Spurs and being one of the most top on service but that one is the worst of them all they are not friendly and customer caring at all , I had to call number on the app and that gentle man really helped me I told my story he told me to give the manager the phone and whilst imagine all along I was talking to the manager the one who couldn't help me who just left me like that, then after a while they said they are preparing my order I had...

The Advertising was false. I stopped in for Bottomless coffee which was advertised at R16.90. I was then instructed to buy food even though I was not hungry. To please the staff I relented and ask for a menu. I settled for a kiddies breakfast and was then told u was not allowed to order that. I had taken a picture of the advert and no where did it say I was not allow to have that. Then they brought me another menu to show me that only under 12s could order that. It was not my fault their marketing department botched the menu. I know my rights under the new South African Consumer Rights Act. Made for very unpleasant experience.
