Lack of services Poor managment skills Staff are not trained
I came in the morning for breakfast and get a bad service i was drinkibg my cappuccino and a Waiter came and ask me to her my saucer while my coffee is still half , i had to go to the counter to pay and my bill and ask my waitor to check my voucher , he did not do that he was bizzy talking to cashier , i let that slide and came back later for lunch and receive bad service again , we sat for 1 hour before we got services i had to go to the counter to ask for a service and speak to a manager , she didnt seems to be care she was bizzy and ask someone to attend me yet no one came to the table to take an order , we waited for another 15 mnts , we had to go to the counter to get the bill , i never see such services in...

Read moreThe Advertising was false. I stopped in for Bottomless coffee which was advertised at R16.90. I was then instructed to buy food even though I was not hungry. To please the staff I relented and ask for a menu. I settled for a kiddies breakfast and was then told u was not allowed to order that. I had taken a picture of the advert and no where did it say I was not allow to have that. Then they brought me another menu to show me that only under 12s could order that. It was not my fault their marketing department botched the menu. I know my rights under the new South African Consumer Rights Act. Made for very unpleasant experience.
