KFC Smith Street — Restaurant in Durban Central

Their is a certain lady who disrespect my girlfriend. Any client has a right to spend money on food, it does not matter how many times in a day I come to buy food.

To cut story short, I was a regular customer with my girlfriend. Like in a day, we could buy KFC meals like 2-3 times, a week we could buy like 16 times. You get my point.

We started getting familiar with the staffs. Until when this lady who stands at the door, spraying sanitizing every client that enters KFC started to get comfortable with disrespecting my girlfriend. She started provoking and telling her how she won't get married to me because WE ARE ALWAYS BUYING.

Ignorance is bliss, and who told this lady that I am after marriage when we buying takeaways. The disrespect was too much we even stopped buying from this KFC and we started going to West Street KFC all because of familiarity brewing.

Who pays for your salary, the money from customers. Respect your work and mind your business next time.

Overall the place is good and neat, customer care is always on point but arrogance of one lady who happens not to be on the tills is...

i would like to convey my gratitude for the opportunity of making it to smith to see this exceptional customer service people have been talking about. i was so pleased today i visited the store to with my family for dinner meal. from entering the door there are team members welcoming us with warm smile and letting us in to another staff,front end counter staff was very friendly and welcoming i was so pleased with my family. we got our order very fast and it was served into our table we were so happy even their store is very neat, sparkling with no stains not even a piece of paper on the floor we were all pleased and highly satisfied with everything please keep it up kfc smith street we like the energy as customer it is super proffessional thanks again to the team of kfc smith street. another thing i would like customers to know is that the restaurants chicken is so nice it is fingr licken...
