Been here a couple of times, no disappointment, just get here to dine that appetizing meal/a, great for single persons meal, couple or family and meals to be enjoyed. They have spacious place and tables, most of the time it is busy though since they're located in CBD. Service is always good and excellent regardless of busy atmosphere.

Service is slow and not trained well, it took 15mins to place an order because the cashier kept waiting on others to assist them. Only two of the four stations are working during peak lunch time. I get back to the office only to find that they have not given me cutlery for my salad, this is twice in a row now

Extremely bad service I had a unpleasant encounter with one of your waiters "Boniswa" that's her name she was full of attitude, whereas I waited for almost 20 min for my order, even her facial expression was just out I was highly disappointed because I once was employed by nandoos as a waiter and I don't remember treating customers with...

As I was waiting at my table inside the restaurant I saw a rat running in the restaurant on the floor I called the manager on duty and she said it's not they problem it's the center managements problem I also called the customer care and they don't want to take any action regarding this.
