1st time there, didn't know if I'll get served by a waiter or must I order by the counter, so I walked up to the counter, waited to be helped, the lady( who makes the coffee) behind the counter walked up to me didn't ask if I needed help or anything she just turned around. I had to call her to help. Once she got to me she had the worse customer skills I have ever seen. She looked at me like I killed her cat and very very unfriendly. When I asked her to get someone to help us, she shouted "Jess (something like that) just come help this people.

My grandfather was so disappointed on the coffee. My coffee came before my grandfather's.

This was not worth my money, next time I'll go mug and bean!

I know one customer is no loss to you but train your staff how to work with people or you will lose more!

Went there yesterday for the first time & won't be returning. Only 1 friendly staff member out of the ladies there. My daughter ordered a chocolate brownie friyo shake, which was the one redeeming point of the visit. I ordered a toasted chicken & mayo and I received dry pieces of toast slapped together - with a nice long hair stuck to the one piece. When I took it to the staff member, I was gracious and kept my voice down but received no proper apology or sincerity. I was brought another one which looked better, but was tasteless (the chicken&mayo was mushy and bland). There was no salt&pepper on the tables or at the station with serviettes, etc. My daughter's breakfast croissant had been slightly burned but the actual bacon and egg were fine. Poor management clearly. Don't waste...

Nobody at the counter to take my order, I had to call fir somebody to come from the kitchen for assistance. I then am told to come ti the furthest side of the counter to peruse the menu, I was unable yo do thus as there was a table with patrons blocking my way. They then noticed I was disabled and I was told to getting seated and the waiter will come to me. Order placed and I requested hit milk, I got cold milk. Long after I finished my meal, nobody came to clear the table. I had to ask fir the bill twice. Eventually a lady came and told me R78.00 without a bill. By then I had it and just paid, did not include a usual tip as I felt they did not deserve it....
