The service at this branch keeps declining. There was one instance out of many where it was regular. Other times, it's terrible. Today an employee got upset at me for a wicode issue and "I must be sure what I want because she can't void." 1.The code didn't work on a new item. She could void the order and ended up doing it, even if it was reluctantly so. The code worked on a different item.
When my replacement drink came (which she just put down in front of me and left without saying a word), it was the wrong consistency. I didn't even bother asking...
Read morePeople here have such a bad attitude. I was waiting for my shake a while and (with a lot of attitude) they say they did call me. I did not hear them call any order. What they also did is put the shake in the freezer. It tasted very watery.
This was the second bad encounter. The first one was we asked for a little more honey in our tea and they (with a bucket of attitude) said we must pay for it. We have asked for honey at other Kauais and with professionalism they gave us a little bit more.
