I also wrote a simular review on TripAdvisor. This was by far the most un-welcomed I ever felt arriving at an establishment. We followed the signs to the reception to find a bewildered looking person at the door shuffling 3 keys in my hand remarking we must sort ourselves out. We arrived at 15:00 on a Saturday and this was clearly not a convenient time. Me and my husbands room had only one towel. The shower worked fine, but a quick YouTube search will assist the cleaners on how to get rid of the mould. The room was otherwise clean but in urgent need of love and tender care. Ladies, there are absolutely no complimentary anything. No shampoo, tissue's not even bags in the dustbins. Absolutely no hairdryer not even from reception. Parking is challenging specially with a big car. The breakfast at R100.00 was sufficient, but pricy (no filter coffee). Since we were a group of seven I felt the hostess could assist the cook to speed up the preparation of the breakfast instead of smoking just outside the dining room. I will only consider staying there if I cannot find any place else. The Green Acres Mall is in walking distance and I saw a Intercape intercity bus office just a couple of meters...

We booked from 3-6 Dec 2023. The hostess and assistants are super friendly. the house itself need a lot of attention. Menu-not the same as on website-mostly bread and chicken-no fish nor red meat. towels not meeting the BnB standard. Pillows not comfortable. breakfast the same thing. toilet flusher not working- it will run water the whole time if you don't have the tricks to correct it. Candle in a bottle definitely a no-no...these days we use solar lamps not candle. pool in a messy condition. except the friendly hostess and staff- the BnB is not user friendly. there were no shower caps, soap etc. owner of the BnB- the BnB is located at a very good spot and the name attracts- TAKE CARE OF YOUR BnB AND CARE FOR YOUR GUESTS- GUEST HOUSE NOT...
