Hungry Lion Greenacres — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

My recent visit to Hungry Lion Gqeberha Times Square was disappointing due to several issues with service and hygiene. The staff seemed inattentive to my order, which led to confusion and delays. On top of that, it was clear they lacked training in basic hygiene practices. I observed them drop utensils, like spoons, on a visibly dirty counter, then use them to prepare my ice cream without even a second thought. The same happened with napkins, which they placed on the unclean surface before handing them over.

This lack of attention to cleanliness and customer care made the experience unpleasant. It would be beneficial for management to provide staff with training on hygiene and customer...

I was traveling to johannesburg Ordered double big boss burger and wings and made it a take away

When I got to bus and was about to eat, I find my burger with a single filled instead of 2 And soviets were inside wings causing them to be wet, I've never been so disappointed coz when I said I want double I knew why why and there were sauces for wings Of which I always get them whenever I order that meal(12 wings with 2×chips and 2×cold drink)

So rather uu check whatever you ordered before uu leave...

I Normally enjoy eating Hungry Lion! I have recently started using Mr D much more due to work requirements. My order took very long and when I contacted Mr D, they said the restaurant is unable to fulfil the order in time. Waited an hour thus far (currently still waiting). I also ordered from a different Hungry Lion yesterday just to have my order cancelled as the promotion isn’t good n yet, however advertised on the Mr D app. Please do better...
