Fishaways Witbank Highveld Mall — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I would would 0 Stars Went to buy prawns fashion sandwich sushi,said I would wait 10 min,took 5 staff members 28 min ,to make the sushi,wich looked like my 5 year old made,it had raw fish inside and I clearly asked for prawn. I didn't even ask for a refund,had a bite and it was absolutely disgusting!!! Very bad service from a fishaways that's at a mall. I would suggest getting experienced staff that knows what they are doing.

BTW I gave the cashier Cash tip,wouldn't have done so if I knew they offered such bad service .

Order...

First time I came there after opening hours and was turned away because they were still busy cleaning. Second time (different day) I was told my order would take at least 30 min because they were busy with their weekly spring cleaning, after having been told they were ready to help me.

Both times the staff were rude and unwilling to help.

If you need to do weekly spring cleaning I'm concerned over what happens the rest of the week to necessitate that.

I love fishaways' food, but I'll never go to this...

Bad service the lady at the till ask the lady behind me if I was before her, not really willing to help me. Maybe because I'm white?Then we order she say she is offline we need to go and get cash. We came back and helped 3 other people ignoring us. I had to ASK her and she still ignore me. Took the money and walk around in store and talk to other people before she give us change. We came here 18h40 would be interesting to see what time we get our food.
