My family and I were served by a waiter named Zanele and she didn't make our experience at panarotis very pleasant, she didn't give us the correct order because she didn't even write down our order(drinks) when our pizza arrived it was cold and it also wasn't cut properly so we had to cut it ourselves thereafter when it was time to pay the machine wasn't working properly so she told me to tap and hold the card to the machine and when it still didn't want to tap she then aggressively grabbed the card from me to swipe and she didn't even bother adding the tip we gave her . I went there today and got served by Moses the waiter. The waiter brought incomplete orders,which he fixed after we'd made him aware. After that he went missing and completely forgot about us. Whatever extra that we needed, we had to ask from passing waiters.When he eventually remembered us,he came to ask if we needed anything. When we told him what we needed,he said he had had enough of us as we were sending him around too much.Asked him to forget that we even asked for those things and let it go. What a joke!!!
We waited an hour for 3 kiddies pizzas, which was only received after I had to send someone to find out what the hold-up is. Our waitress did not even take the adults' order, and we were only helped after we spoke to a manager. Couldn't be because they are busy, as there was only about 6 tables with customers at the time, but 13 waiting staff.
My compliments to the manager that assisted us, but do not expect anything from the waiting staff, as they are more interested in socializing in front of the restaurant than doing their job.
