Disappointed I was to receive such utterly awful service from this company at highveld mall. I came in with a smile on my face and left with nothing but disappointment afterwards. Customer service I give it a 0 lack of respect for their customers. They treat people differently just based on how their status is . The lack of pride for there work as well, I was not impressed. Presentation for the food was a no from me, as my food looked like it was something that was not prepared well, something that was just rushed and put together. All in all i was just disappointed and felt very disrespected as some of the staff lack clear communication with their customers.

I must say that the service provided by Revai was outstanding. From the moment I was seated, she was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on. Her promptness in taking my order, and checking on me throughout the time when I was waiting for my meal was top-notch.
