Soo bored and disappointed about your service,just an hour ago I went there to get food and drinks with my friends ...place is less busy less than 30 people... stood there for over 30 minutes without being attended by anyone...I went inside 3 times to ask for help but I was blue ticked... we even left the place to go eat somewhere, such a bad treatment for someone's business... please management do something about your operations cos this is pathetic and...

Sophisticated in the best "Urbane" -kind of way. Has the whole look and feel of a theatre bar/lounge type setting. With cute graffiti on the downstairs parking walls which leads to the underground "Drama" theatre with its Neon sign above the door. While upstairs it is more "glamourous" in a shiny jazzy African chandeliers kind of way. With a view of the base of the shiny Reserve Bank. I saw cocroaches crawling around the bar and paypoint. Horrible service. They didn't have most options on the menu in stock, I had to change my order 4 times. We left after waiting more than an hour . The waiters did not help us, we had to go look for them to ask where our food is. The place wasn't even very busy. Won't come...
