What a shocking experience I had at this restaurant, the waitress came to the table, I said I wanted a toasted mozzarella cheese, she did not ask me what bread I wanted, I then asked if she had ciabatta, she said yes, she did not ask me what accompaniment I'd like, so I thought! OK! let's see what she brings, at that stage I did not mind what came, we'll guess what, NOTHING CAME, there is a choice of potato skins, salad or fries, I called the waitress and asked why she had not brought anything with this tiny little sandwich, I know the orders come from someone higher in the chain, as she would be to scared to do that on her own, I then ordered the salad, again I was not asked what dressing I wanted, just got rancid salad dressing, which I could not eat, took it home for the gardener, I then got the bill and saw I had been charged a further amount of R19-90 for the ciabatta bread, needless to say I most certainly will not step into that restaurant again, especially with a manager who thinks I popped out of my mother's womb yesterday, a very...

I recently had the pleasure of trying the OREO® Whispers Cheesecake at Mugg & Bean, and I must say, it was absolutely divine. As a fan of both OREO® cookies and cheesecake, this dessert was a match made in heaven.

The presentation of the cheesecake was stunning, with a generous layer of crushed OREO® cookies on top, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. The cheesecake itself was incredibly creamy and rich, with a smooth texture that melted in my mouth. The combination of the creamy cheesecake and the chocolatey goodness of the OREO® cookies was simply irresistible.

The service at Mugg & Bean was excellent as always. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu.

The service today was totally unsatisfactory. It was during loadshedding so of cause there was a bit of a buzz, however the customer to waiter/ess ratio appeared manageable, but it seemed that the staff was overwhelmed.

The wifi was also not working for a while, I was finally given the password after hounding a waiter, but wasn't informed that wifi was not working until I asked, and the reason for this was the Perhaps this was the reason for the waiters disappearing.
