Absolutely terrible and shocking service. I ordered some pizzas on the website at around 18h13 on 3 August 2018. The order was accepted by the Debonairs Pizza @ Centurion Lifestyle Centre for 19h00. I live around 1.5km from the restaurant and assumed that everything would be in order. At around 19h10 I called the restaurant to find out where my meal was and the phone was engaged. I attempted to call several times (at least 10 or so) and still was not able to get through. I then called customer support who advised that they would attempt to contact the driver and give me an update. She called about 6 minutes later stating that she could not contact the driver. It is almost 24 hours later, and still no pizza has been delivered. I had asked the lady from customer care to cancel the order and she did not even apologise until prompted to do so. When I had told to cancel the order, she had simply said, "Okay" and I had said "It is not okay....". This is probably one of the poorest client experiences and service I have witnessed and would not recommend that anyone goes to this specific Debonairs. I just ordered from Debonairs Centurion (this is my 7th order more or less) and I have received excellent service on each occasion. I would love a response to this review so I can identify who is responsible for the restaurant so that I can share my terrible experience and know what will be done to improve on this experience. Read moreWorst service EVER ! Saturday night at 18h30 we orderded 2 pizzas from Centurion Lifestyle Centre for delivery. They said it would take 45-60min. An hour later I phoned to ask where the order is, the lady said they should have told me it takes two hours, but she will find out & phone me back. She never phoned back. 30minutes later I phoned again - she said the driver has left already. 30 minutes later I phone to ask where he is (it is 20h30 now). No, she doesnt know - she will phone the store to find out - they work on a very USELESS call centre system - & if they put you through to the store no one answers. I phoned again to speak to the manager - they put me through but no one answers. I think I phoned 8 times in total that night & no one knew what was going on. At one stage a Thembi spoke to me & got so rude & sarcastic & said she WILL phone me back - after waiting 15minutes I phoned again and asked to speak to Thembi, just to find out that there are 5 Thembis working at the call centre. Needless to say we never got our pizzas & we live 1km from the store. My husband asked if he can go pick up but they kept saying the driver is on his way. He probably ate the pizzas. Read moreI ordered a Margareta large pizza 2016/06/07 at lifestyle centre, when I entered the shop I was received friendly and the lady helped me immediately, I do my shopping at P&P and on return the pizza was not ready which was fine because I was back in 10 minutes. I wait another 10 minutes, pizza ready and put on the back counter. 5 people were chatting at the till and ignore me totally, after 7 minutes one turn around and give my pizza, at home 5 minutes drive I realize the black dot was not red in the shop, the pizza looks old, my son eat half the pizza and 01h15 that night we rushed to a clinic with him, he was sick like a cat, the pizza was bitter and bad taste to it, the service on my return to the shop was more than disgusting, they totally ignore me.
