Very disappointed. My Fiance placed his order there at around 7.35pm. Order was only received at about 8.22pm so he stood waiting almost an hour to pick up. Why the long wait? Because half of our order was given to someone else "by accident." Not acceptable and not sure how this happens when orders and slips should be checked per customer before just handing it to them. This is how Uber drivers steal people's orders which has happened to us multiple times with various restaurants. A free sprite might be a kind gesture to apologize but it doesn't fix a bad experience or poor service. Wake up guys, we have been ordering from this branch and various branches loyally for some time now, you are one of the best restaurants around and can do so much better. 3 stars because food quality was at least still top...

The waiter himself could barely hear what any of us were saying when we were ordering our food.
