Had multiple horrible experiences when stopping in for a drive through on the way home. Not one order has had all the ordered elements in the package.
Every 6 months I attempt to stop here instead of the branch at Jean Crossing, due to not wanting to drive further as Centurion Lifestyle is closer and more convenient.
If I do end up stopping there I would check the entire bag while employees try to shoo me away in front of the drivethrough windows and I'll end up asking for the missing item where they would pass it to me. Implying that they knew it is missing.
My wife stopped for food tonight and ordered a King Value Meal, the spicy version, triple burger. Upon checking the amount of items in the bag, the count worked out. Upon opening the food at home, the burger turned out to be a King Value, double cheese burger, which was ice cold.
The best part is that she confirmed the order with the lady at the payment windows before paying and payed the amount that we'd expect to pay for the items ordered.
This is not about the R10 difference, but rather a case of not getting what was ordered and not receiving the food that one is in the mood for.

I had a very bad experience at Burger King Centurion Lifestyle today (Checkout No. 856). I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Value Meal for R49.90, and while I know it's a small meal, the service was unacceptable.
First, the staff was not friendly at all. When I received my food, there was no tomato sauce or anything to put on my chips. I had to ask for salt, which they gave me, but it should have been included by default. Then, when I went to get my cold drink, there was no ice, and the drink was warm—completely ruining the experience.
