Edit: Yeah it's a no from me... Honestly I was suspicious about my last visit, as things felt too "perfect", turns out everyone knew I was coming and put their best foot forward. After tonight, I've come to the disappointing realisation that this is just another sub-par restaurant, overcharging for food that isn't even that great.

After waiting 20-30 minutes for my dish, the pasta was under cooked and clearly not stirred well. I could have made a better plate myself and I'm not even good at cooking.

Aside from the mediocre food, the blaring "birthday song" made me regret ever reconsidering this restaurant, and the worst part is I had to sit through 3 of them... during a period of 1 hour...

The worst part about the experience, was the waiters fighting over our table, then fighting over the usage of the card machine (since there was apparently only one), and all of this right in front of us. This reeks of unprofessionalism.

Fortunately, our waiter (Charles, if I recall correctly) was friendly and I could see that he was trying to prevent the restaurant's problem from becoming our problem.

So in short: If you want to take the night off from cooking and forget about your kids while they are busy colouring in pictures, or off playing with other random kids, this will probably work for you. If you are a couple, group or friends that want to spend an evening around considerate people and enjoy delicious food, stay away.

Edit: Got contacted by the manager and was offered a complimentary meal. Was probably one of the best restaurant experiences I've had. Friendly and genuine staff. Keep up the good work guys!

Great pizza, quite expensive though, service wasn't too great. Would recommend visiting when there...

Update: 13dec 2024 honestly now i must leave all my personal info on a link, so you can contact me, like a sales person, at inconvenient times, to rectify what?! the 2 FROZEN lasagnes, the tear in my daughters brand new dress from your tags, the mocca that tasted like bile, the staff forced to uncomfortably lie to me in my face, the supper impersonal client relationship to regulars, the staff turnover, do keep in mind we were there up to twice weekly EVERY week, playing with kids emotions with coloring competitions that never gets looked at then teaming them up against each other face to face making them play 1 horrible game half of them didn't understand..... I dont care that my child wasn't chosen infact im glad she didnt have to be humiliated like that.

Update: early dec wish i could give 0 stars. we were regulars as it was close and i hoped service wold become better... it didnt, came to a point where i will not go back. And a heads up there lasagnya was still frozen 2 weeks in a row.

Previous rateing 1 star :Last 2 visits was pathetic firdt they tore my daughters dress with a tag, 2 kids ran out without the alarm actevating and this time they got the order rong n the food was hel hot my childs pasta was spicy snd the other kids were bullies, my daughter who usualy finishes 3 milkshakes before even starting her meal didnt finish her strawbarry milkshake. We were asked about how we like our meals abot every 5 minutes n it got annoying, i didnt origanaly say it was bad cz i wasnt going to complain or be rude in there face. but they just kept...

Horrible experience at this branch…felt like 1992 for me…it was friday 14th Jan @ 7:50pm and you close at 9. I walked in and was denied a seat yet there were over 7 empty tables. When I looked around all patrons belonged to a specific population group…I obviously would have added some color to the clouds. Plenty of of staff available crowded around the fire and plenty of seats with over an hour to go before you close…excuse for not giving me a seat is that you are too busy…i mean empty seats yet you are too busy…my patronage and money is obviously not the right color for panarotties. Waitress and manager refused to give me their names. Waited a few minutes for the manager to write down his name but eventually left without it..he was too busy entertaining other clients and it appears I didn’t meet the profile to warrant any action. Went to mimos and had a great family dinner. Disappointed with the way panarotties profile customers…check your camera footage and you will see my point…sies to...
