Debonairs Pizza Highlands Centre — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered food from them tonight at 7pm on the online app, order was accepted. Waited till 20:30 and still no pizza. Phoned them,and the lady that answered said she will phone back as she needs to find out about the order. Sounded to me like she didn't even see the order. Got the pizza delivered at 20:40. Cold and as it states on the box if the dot is not red then the pizza is free. Apparently not tye case. The customer service is really poor and if you have alot of deliveries or are running short on drivers then atleast have the decency to let the customer know, also be so kind as to make sure that the pizza is hot.

I am honestly not happy about this. Oh and the best part, we ordered a meaty cram decker. Almost no toppings, all I can see is a few pieces of ham, no spare rib or anything else, not even the extra bacon is on their that we paid for. A minus 0 rating for me I there was that option. Last night , the 25th of April I bought a tripple decker withcramme crust ..meaty flavour. Got something like a creche project. Very dry, very little cheese,shrinked slices with almost no filling at all. Would not recommend the highlands branch. (This is the 2nd branch that I've had terrible experience from.) We ordered online through the app. The order was a small order on an on the double special and a garlic bread. The pizza arrived only after 50 minutes, cold. They also did not give us our garlic bread. (We live on the same street as the highlands branch.) We phoned the driver who had just left our complex to tell him that he did not give us our garlic bread, he then tells us that it will take him 20 min to come back with the garlic bread.
