Debonairs Pizza Woodmead Retail Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Woodmead, a few minutes after placing my order and tracking the driver I went outside to wait for the delivery guy. However, I waited more than 20 minutes. Whilst waiting at the gate, Debonairs Polo Fields called me to apologise about the delay and to ensure that my pizza is coming. To my surprise the lady on the phone says the delivery driver is in Kelvin. Tell me why the driver passed Buccleuch and went to deliver at Kelvin! Mind you I did not order from Debonairs Polo Fields, I ordered from Debonairs Woodmead. More than an hour later, the delivery driver calls me and I did not pick up because I was annoyed. He calls me again and gives me attitude when I asked him to bring the pizza to my unit because I can't come to the gate again because it's quite a distance. What angered me even more is that he did not sound South African. Now both Debonairs Polo Fields and Woodmead are calling me...to say what exactly after the horrendous service ek weet nie! I told the delivery guy to go back...

The worst debonairs I have ever been to. From the staff member Nomsa that assisted me to the manager of the store Lindiwe the customer service attitude and the condition in which the pizza was served was terrible.Everytime that I go to the shop I have to order my pizza with extra cheese since the toppings are always less and the pizza is always dry and every single time I receive my pizza they never add the extra cheese and I always have to send the pizzas back.The most disappointing part of all is that it's the only Halal store in the area which is the only reason I go back. Most horrible debonairs you can find in gauteng. Toppings our of proportion,you can literally count the number of pieces of chicken on the pizza,at this point it shouldn't even be called a chicken pizza,that's just for garnish.Called and the lady I spoke to argued they use a cup measure..does she think I will call for nothing and waste my time and airtime? She didn't even ask for pics or offer to rectify the issue..this is the second time we are having a terrible experience with them hence I have to complain.
