I went in to get a banana milkshake yesterday afternoon right aftrer 2pm. I ordered it as a takeout upon collecting my order, a lady on the counter gave me a nasty look while handing me my shake.. I didn't pay attention to it untill someone mentioned it to me that " why would that lady look down on you like that? In no way whatsoever is any person obliged to give this free gift. Train your staff properly. And start paying...

At the door I was warmly welcomed by Busani which is something seldom nowadays, he further assisted me and told me about the special for the day , he helped with my choice of the dish, my order was on time, everything was just perfect.
We started chatting about different things in life and he shared his views, he didn't get carried away by our conversation which I find interesting because the food came in time which is something most waitors struggle to balance.
Please allow to say it is important to train Waitrons...
