My Order Number 115251315 was very disappointing.
I ordered it at 18:14. At 19:00 (already 46 minutes late after I ordered), the app said it was already delivered, but was not. I called customer care, and they said the driver had lots of orders. How is that my problem?
The pizza only arrived at 19:20. And it was cold and soggy. I have screenshots of when the order was done, along with the slip for when I actually paid, along with pictures of the cold pizza.
I complained once before, because a similar situation occurred, and it was resolved. I decided to.give the restaurant another try, but now it happened again.

Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered a Triple Decker Real Pizza without onions but with jalapeños. When I got back to the office, I realized my order wasn’t correct. I called Debonairs Head Office, and to my surprise, before I could even count the hours, I got a call back asking for my address so they could deliver the correct order.
What impressed me most is that even though I had already started eating the wrong one (only 2 slices were left after removing the onions), they still collected it and made sure I got the pizza I originally asked for. That’s true customer care!

Ordered 2 simple pizza’s at 19:13 online using their app. Conveniently saved my address with further details as to how to get into the property etc. When we followed up on the order 45 minutes later, there were no drivers available. A further 20 minutes later, we follow up again, only to have to confirm our address verbally. A FURTHER 20 minutes later we receive a call to say the driver’s on his way. 30 minutes after that we cancel the order. We live less than 3kms from the franchise. No thank you, Debonairs....
