Let this be a lesson in, the reviews speak true about the location, I ordered my food at 18:51 via the steers app, I gave it 20 min then decided to track my food to see what it would say, it gave me an ETA of 20:55, so over 2 hours for a burger, chips and shake. When I checked again later it no longer even gave me an ETA just said it was taking longer that expected. I in the end got my order at 20:09 from a restaurant that is less than 10 away and was cold. Add insult to injury, I ordered a Mo' Mjojo burger, you know the one that comes with a slice of pineapple that they show on the actual picture, you'll notice below I didn't get a slice, I don't even know if that counts as half a pineapple.
This is after the fact I have promotions to get a free delivery, 3 to be exact, that it told me were used even though I hadn't and best part they expired on the 30th of April.
People at this point, if you're going to order, do it via Uber because they actually hold the stores accountable and to a standard that clearly steers itself can't, I don't know who's running to show but clearly they have lost the plot.
I keep giving steers a chance but every time they mess it up, I would suggest going anywhere but to them, roco mamas, spur or even wimpy or McDonald's because at least you know you can...

At one stage after an hour passed I got called to re-explain where I am (which I did) although all the information is on the ordering slip!!!!
If any of your management had some logic all they could do is type in my info and instructions on google maps
As I am typing this they phoned me again with the driver back at your offices. I just had to explain to your manager how the hell google maps work if you are not sure of an area????? Who do you employ to run your stores?
Rest assured, my reasoning for trying Steers again was a horrible mistake.
I will not spend another cent with your organisation again. Luckily with the area I am in there are many other delivery services available.

Read moreI'm seriously fed up with Steers! Today, February 26, 2025, I ordered food that never showed up. When I called to complain, they told me the driver returned my order because I didn't answer their call. That's a total lie - I never got a call or any message.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Last time, the driver claimed he didn't have a phone, which is ridiculous. How are you supposed to deliver food without a phone? It's impossible to know when your order is at the gate if there's no way to communicate.
