Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am beyond livid with the service here, never before have I struggled with getting my order to such an extent. I ordered the triple-decker pizza from the app and the driver called me 10 minutes later to confirm the address of which I told him my location, he then told me he'd be there in 18 minutes. 30 minutes later he called me aggressively asking me to come outside and that he did not see me and when i went outside he was nowhere to be seen, i stood outside in the cold for 15 minutes trying to call him and when i got a hold of him he kept on speaking aggressively to me, telling me that he's at the address (of which was the wrong one). I got a call from the restaurant telling me that they'll send a driver of which did not come, stayed on a call with the call center for 20 minutes only to get connected to a line with no one on the other end. I would not even give debonairs garden city a 1 start I am very disappointed at the food we received today the 26th October 2025.

We just ordered a triple decker special for R249.

We took the pizza home only to find out there is barely any filling inside the pizza.

This is terrible service from Debonairs Garden City.

We had the same pizza from Debonairs yesterday from Emmerantia, and the pizza was lovely and filling.

I'm really disgusted at the type of food we have received. There is definitely no value for money. I will definitely not be coming back to this store.

The pizza was very oily and I didn't order extra cheese in which I would have said was the cause of the oiliness. It's really starting to be unpleasant to eat debonairs pizza which was one of the best things to happen to us pizza lovers in SA. I love Debonairs for the creativeness on the triple deck but the regular ones are becoming lower standard to the other pizza places that are popping up everywhere.The service was excellent though as usual and 5 star for service but the big drop in atmosphere and regular pizzas explains why the place was empty and I was the only one there until my...
