👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Absolutely Horrendous service. Stepped inside with my family during a weekday. Waited for 15 minutes as the only customer in the store... eventually had to call someone from afar to get some service. I was told the computers were down and still rebooting. No greeting, No apology, just an abrupt inadequate explanation as to why I just received pathetic service. I immediately took offense and stormed right out.

The workers at this place have no clue on how to serve a customer. They give off the impression that they do not care about the business itself and neither do they have any concern for their job.

This is a bad reflection on the owner. Please be more involved and responsible in the running of your business.

As a result I will not purchase from Steers again. I don’t even know why I decided to go there in the first place.

This is a total rip off, I recently ordered the double rack of ribs and chips, this was supposed to be 700g ribs, guess what I got for the whopping R219. 00 price? A total box of double ribs and chips that didn't even reach 700g and yes I weighed it, the ribs alone was not even 300g. After calling and complaining to the manager I was told that the 700g weight is before grilling, so that's the excuse..... I have never come across anything that loses more than half its size by grilling..... This is just blatant robbery ain and simple... I have purchased the double ribs and chips at other stores before and received close to the advertised weight. These guys are just ripping off customers..... Very disappointing, to the owners and head office,...

Disgusted by the service received from Steers Mayfair, I had placed an order for delivery through the online website When the food eventually arrived it was ice cold, the burgers had no tomatoes on them, and my order was missing items, which I had already paid for, when I called the store to enquire the lady advised she was going to check if there were any delivery guys available and than proceeded dropped the call. When I called back I was than told that a delivery guy had already left with the missing item which I was meant to receive and to this point I have not received the missing item or received any calls from Steers for the...
