I had the worst service ever from Debonairs Greenstone,placed an order at 7pm and was never delivered ,kept calling landline and when I start asking about the order the phone will be put down,an hour later I got a message that the order has been delivered but still I didnt have my order later managed to get hold of someone who dropped the call when I asked for her name,at 9pm I still did not have my order,071 number called me and they said the driver returned with my order I asked them why the driver did not call when he reached my place,no answer they told me the driver is leaving now with the order I went outside waited for 20mins nothing came .Went back inside the house tried calling now my number was being rejected its now the next day and no one has come back to me ,you guys...

Ordered at 19:03 online. At 19:37 it said it got delivered but never did. I called multiple times for over 3 hours and I kept getting told the delivery would take another 1.5hrs. Eventually the driver called again past the 3 hour mark and asked me to send my location, which I did. Then I had to call him again 30 minutes later only for him to say he can’t deliver. He’ll deliver in the morning. ?? If I’ve ever experienced incompetence from a delivery service it would be the greenstone Debonairs. Terrible. I still haven’t...

I will never order anything from this branch again. I ordered a pizza for about R300 at 18:55 the order was accepted at 18:59. Almost 2 hours later and I still haven't received my pizza. I ended up ordering from another debonairs and still received my Pizza before the place I ordered from 2 hours ago. All I got was a call from one of the ladies at the branch telling me to wait outside after a 30 minute to an hour wait still no one has turned up. Do not wait you time and money ordering from Debornairs...
