The food and service is great. I would recommend this to anyone who wants something different. Staff are always accommodating, to menu changes. Had to change my rate today. 4th December 2016 went in to have a bite to eat and????? Today it started with us ordering a glass of Rose. Waitress tell us we have to buy a bottle as they don't serve by glass? But i show her that on the menu there is by glass or bottle. About 5 mins later another waiter says they don't have the rose we wanted. We change to another rose and to be said they don't have any rose wines..... We ordered food ....my wife order asked for salad it comes with chips. Send it back . While we are eating i see that the tomatoe in her salad is rotten. Some of the lettuce is brown. For what you pay to eat there, they could have made a better effort. When I complained about it the waitress just smiled at me...

Read moreI stood waiting for staff to notice me to give me a table on Saturday. No one was there to greet customers. After a few minutes I waved at a waiter to ask for a table. He came to assist me but had this look and grin on his face like he was judging me. Eventually took my order and throughout the meal he kept talking to other waiters, laughing and pointedly looking at me. I ordered a chicken burder and I could taste subtle sourness but figured it might have been the sauce since it had orange or lemon. Later that night I had an upset stomach and I know it was from the food as I ate nothing else that entire day. Your staff judge their customers and make their dining experience unpleasant. To top it off your chefs prepare borderline rancid chicken or fail to clean chicken properly. What a disappointing lunch. Your brand promotes family togetherness and people-centered service and yet your staff actively shame customers for...
Read moreThe position and layout of this restaurant is sure to trigger anxiety in anyone afflicted with claustrophobia. I visited on a busy Saturday and had to grab the attention of staff to get a table allocated. The mug and bean menu has been revamped. It is a step up from the old menu in many respects but overall their fair is way too pricey for what's actually served. Their bottomless hot chocolate is a winner though. The waitron who served was attentive, obliging and friendly but not overly enthusiastic about answering questions on the menu. The restaurant served its purpose as a meeting spot but if there were better options available at greenstone, I'd be inclined to go to one of...
