KFC Greenstone Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

On Monday 4th August I ordered streetwise 2 with pap and 4 zinger wings, firstly they got my order wrong, I was given dunked wings instead of zinger wings, I was told to wait they are still preparing for the zinger wings, I had to wait for 45 minutes just for 4 wings, or the staff? So rude, the place is soo dirty, and there's this pregnant lady that works there, so rude and tired, no assurance, communication, nothing, that is the worst KFC ever. The first time I ordered via MR D when I received my order the Fried Chips Looked Like They were already eaten and burnt. KFC has lost a customer, I won't be buying food from KFC...

I visited the new KFC branch at Greenstone Mall recently. I didn't actually know it was there until I walked past. I got greeted by the sweetest lady who was so excited to assist me with the self-service. She told me about their specials and got me a better deal.

My food was fresh and tasty. There is a little seating area for you to enjoy your meals.

When I got there, it wasn't very busy, but after a while, it did get rather busy, as expected from any KFC.
