Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I did an online order and needed to ammend it. The gentleman (black uniform) at the till told me I need to wait for a lady to assist and he would call me once she is back, 10 min went by without being called. I went to check and was referred to a lady at the till. She didn't know how to resolve it and ended up asking the 1st gentleman who told her what to do. So essentially I wasted +- 15 min of my time and the pizza took long to prepare yet the shop was not full and floors were not mopped. The lady was also chewing gum loudly and kept insisting to take my phone to rate the store for me. It did not look professional at all. They need customer service training, music was also loud like a tavern and the staff was screaming, had to shout on top of my voice. Order was eventually placed at 17:29 and only recieved at 18:15 it seems like they prioritize ubereats orders. They lies and say it will take 10 min.This store is so disorganized. It took 45 min to get 2x R60 specials, Debonairs Dobsonville prepares it in 15 min during peak busy times !!!. Please tell the lady that I rated the store like she insisted, don't believe the good ratings here as the staff complete them using...

Poor delivery service.

I called and placed my order at 19:12pm with a waiter. At 20:00pm I called again asking how far my delivery was, I was told it was on the way. At this moment my patience was running low, i thought of calling and just canceling everything all together. Eventually at 20:28 the delivery man shows up. I had requested for a card machine upon calling and when i was ready to pay,the delivery guy said sorry he bought along a machine that was off, the battery was flat. I was annoyed beyond myself at that moment and asked him to wait while I go find cash. I paid him and he then gave me my order, I realized that the drink order was wrong, the guy then told me they didnt have what I had requested so they gave me what was available.I stood there shocked, I asked him why nobody called and informed me when they have all my contact details, he didn't respond. I stay 6km away from South Gate mall, to wait 1hour 30minute for an order is ridiculous to say the least. I am appalled by...

Worst service ever. I ordered food from Debonairs Southgate today, I couldn't believe what I saw. First of all I waited well over 35 minutes to get my order of which I ended up cancelling for the following reason: I saw one lady preparing the food (pizza that comes out of the oven into the box.) the same lady is spraying chemicals on the machine whilst the pizza is rolling out of the machine. The tray that holds the pizza through the machine, after it is used it gets thrown in a bucket of dirty trays on the floor. With the same bucket on the floor they then sweap the floor. Then the trays are reused without getting washed.

Zero hygiene. I confronted the manager about it and he didn't even care the best thing that he done after I said I want to cancel my order, is point me to the cashier and he sat down and continued what it was that he was doing on the computer.

I am so disgusted by the service I got. I'll never order from that...
